  • Brisbane: 70.7%, continuing its strong recovery from 46.9% a year earlier.

  • Adelaide: 77.4%, the highest among all capital cities.

  • Perth: 54.5%

  • Canberra: 66.2%

Combined capitals: 2,662 auctions held — up from 2,587 last week and 2,541 a year ago — showing sustained spring listing momentum.
